Jan has an in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in residential real estate and property sales and is an expert in home sales and the home buying process, and bringing the transaction to the closing table. She also has a detailed knowledge of home building, including construction standards and design/livability functions.
Bruce has been a REALTOR® for over 14 years working in the Lake of the Ozarks area. In addition to residential sales, He also specializes in commercial real estate and business sales and is experienced in valuing, packaging and marketing businesses and commercial property. He also has experience as a property developer and business owner and 30+ years experience in technology sales. With his in-depth knowledge of computer and internet technology enables us to effectively market properties.
